Eating should be a celebration! Nobody like to be forced to eat healthy, this must be a personal choice. My goal with eating is to find foods I love to eat, that just happen to be good for me. I also like to try to put a healthy spin of the recipes I find. I do this by reducing or replacing sugars, fats and anything that is processed.
